Description
De Rapid Infusion set van iSi maakt het mogelijk om vloeistoffen in korte tijd te aromatiseren. De Gourmet Whip (niet inbegrepen) combineert aromatische vaste stoffen ( bijvoorbeeld kruiden, specerijen en vruchten) met een vloeistof ( bijvoorbeeld alcohol, olie of water). Door vervolgens het iSi apparaat met een slagroompatroon onder druk te brengen, wordt de smaak van de vaste stof opgenomen in de vloeistof. Hierdoor ontstaat een uniek smaakaccent.
De set bevat een zeefhouder van 100% silicone, zeef 100% RVS, 1 ontluchtingsbuisje 100% RVS, 1 siliconenbuisje van 100% silicone en 1 reinigingsborstel.
